How to Begin
-Sit or lay comfortably. Close your eyes and visualize your front door. Think about the color of your door knob, the wall, the ground. Note how your focus is, how big your "screen" is, and that you can control your view.

-Now imagine a staircase that you will climb. Watch it weave off in all directions, to many doors. Note the color, shape, materials. Note the lighting, the atmosphere. You will now be pulled to a room to meet a guide. These are interdimensional doors, so when you enter one note your physical surroundings. You could end up anywhere. Go back to your Leading questions.

Meet Your Third Guide: Go back to the stairs and look for a new room when you are ready to meet a new guide. You want at least your three main guides, but you can always go there to find new ones as well.
Make sure when you leave a guide, shut that door behind you!
Closing: Go back to the park bench.
Come out of trance.
Take notes!
For future sessions, go where the guide said they preferred to meet. But you can always begin and each session on this bench, in your own territory.
